About me
Hi, my name is Jasmin!
If you've come across my page, hello! My name is Jasmin Dieb and I am a Boston-based Registered Dietitian. I'm a first generation Syrian American girl who grew up watching my mom cook delicious and healthy Middle Eastern food.
My passion for the culinary arts has developed over time and has led me to switching my career path twice. I have my Bachelor's in Economics and a double minor in Arabic and Spanish, and I also have my Master's in International Business. Unfortunately, I became sick with severe gut-related issues that developed after I had completed my Master's degree that led me to seeing a dietitian.
After seeing her for a year, I realized that my true purpose in life was to be a dietitian as well. I've always had a deep passion and love for nutrition and health but never knew what to do with it. My friends tell me that it was meant to be that I had gotten sick because I would have never ended up pursuing the career of my dreams. So, I went back to school in 2021 and finally completed my degree in May of 2024. I passed the CDR exam in June this year and can officially call myself a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

With my love for good food and health, this is where Jasmin D the RD comes to life. I am here to help you become the best versions of yourselves, because it IS possible through proper care and nourishment.

My recipes are meant to be easy and not time-consuming. I want to show you that achieving health and wellness is realistic and relatable. It does not have to be over-complicated. If you stick around, you'll come to find out how true that is.
More about me!
What’s your idea of the perfect meal?
What’s one cooking skill you’re excited to learn or improve?
It depends on my mood but it's 10 times out of 10 a home-cooked one. I will always prefer eating in than eating out!
My dream is to take culinary courses because if you don't know me, I'm a perfectionist and an avid lover for learning. I am always working on improving my cooking skills! But if I had to pick one, I want to be able to cook fish better.

Arugula. It goes with everything and I will die on that hill.
Favorite - gut health, duh.
Least favorite - I would say reproductive health, I love the hormonal health portion but not the rest.
Please have regular extra virgin olive oil, not the spray kind. Let's be real, it doesn't taste good AND it's okay to have calories from olive oil.
Vietnamese pho is ELITE.
To hang out with Meredith Hayden or Martha Stewart, I won't lie.
I am nothing without morning routine. I need at least an hour to myself, that's what guarantees a good day for me.
I loathe baking. I don't get joy from baking the way I do from cooking. I cook from my heart. But when it comes to baking, I am always following a recipe or having my mom beside me helping me. So, forgive me that I don't provide you with many sweets treats!
Being genuinely content. I always just want to be happy and I want everyone around me to feel that way as well.
