Fresh lime juice brightens the flavors with a boost of vitamin C, and a touch of honey balances the subtle heat from jalapeño. It’s the perfect easy dish for summer gatherings, game nights, or a quick, healthy snack. Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips, or spoon it over grilled chicken or fish for an effortless, nutritious topping!
