I'm going to tell you right now, this is the guacamole you're going to bring to your friends' barbecues. You're going to lie to them and tell them you made up this recipe yourself so you can impress the crap out of them. Today I collaborated with my friend Sarah, also known as @growingupsarita on Instagram. Sarah is Mexican and we both wanted to make each other's traditional foods. So, I made her guacamole and she made my Fattoush Salad.
Let me tell you right now, this is THE best and spiciest guacamole I've ever had. She combines ingredients that I've never used in guacamole like Serrano peppers and white onion. To make this recipe, you're going to need avocado, tomato, white onion, red onion, cilantro, garlic, lemon, and salt. So, if you're a guac lover like I am, throw away that store bought guacamole and let me show you how to make it yourself!
