Why is it that any time we go to grab a green smoothie it's just a gross blend of greens that turn out to taste like grass? This is my perfected green smoothie and I'm so excited for you to try it out.

Portion: 1 smoothie
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, and vegan.
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut water
2 cups of spinach
1 banana
1 peeled cucumber
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of ½ lime
1 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop Vital Proteins powder
Instructions:
1. Prep: have the cucumber peeled & chopped in four, the 1 lemon squeezed, the ½ lime squeezed, the spinach washed and dried, and the frozen mango out of the freezer.
2. Blend: add in coconut water. Add in the 2 cups of spinach, and blend. Add in the banana, sliced cucumbers, hemp seeds, lemon, lime, and protein powder. Blend. Add the frozen mango. Blend.
3. Serve: pour and enjoy!
