Christmas Charcuterie Board

Updated: Aug 22

The perfect way to ring in Christmas is with a Christmas CharcuterTREE board. I bought this Christmas tree shaped board and the Christmas cookie cutter from Amazon as well. It makes this simple board look so elegant and festive! I bought all of these ingredients from Trader Joe's, so it makes shopping for this board so much easier. I tried my best to make a seasonal board that has all of the flavors of the winter - figs, cranberry, and oranges. I felt like brie and goat cheese were the two best options for this board.

Yields: 6

Portion: n/a

Prep time: 20 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes

This recipe is vegetarian.

Ingredients:

Président brie round, allow to sit out on counter for 30 minutes to reach room temperature

Cranberry goat cheese log, thinly sliced

Fig & olive crackers (Trader Joe's)

Scalloped cracker trio (Trader Joe's)

5 Turkish dried figs

2 clementines

Dark chocolate almonds

Garnish: fresh rosemary

Instructions:

1. Prep the cheese: I used a Christmas star cookie cutter to slice into the brie. Add to the center of the board. Layer on the goat cheese.

2. Add the crackers: layer on the crackers.

3. Add on the fruits: layer on the clementines and figs.

4. Garnish: add the dark chocolate almonds and rosemary sprigs. Serve and enjoy!
