Kalamata Olive Tapenade

⁣You want to impress someone coming over your place for lunch or dinner? Make this tapenade and show off your cooking skills. You can also make it for yourself and house it down because that’s what I did! It is simply delicious and so easy to make! Let’s get to it.

This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of pitted kalamata olives @traderjoes

1 cup of arugula

½ cup of chopped red bell pepper

Less than ½ cup of chopped parsley

¼ cup of walnuts @thrivemarket

1 TBSP olive oil

1 garlic clove

¼ TSP of black pepper

½ lemon

 

Instructions:

1. Blend all of these ingredients together in a food processor until chunky pastes form.

2. Taste to see if it needs more walnut, olive oil, or lemon.

3. Scoop it all out and enjoy with celery, crisps, or pita bread!
