For this year’s Valentine’s Day I came up with a very quick and simple snack to enjoy alone or with others. I used @hukitchen dark chocolate gems for a very healthy choice of chocolate. Feel free to use any other kind of chocolate to stuff them though! Let me show you how to make them.

Total time: 10 minutes
This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.
1. Grab your desired amount of raspberries and wash them.
2. Now, grab your dark chocolate gems and stuff each raspberry with one gem.
3. Next, grab a plate and drizzle on some chocolate syrup as the base.
4. Place your stuffed raspberries on the plate and sprinkle on coconut flakes.
5. Enjoy!
