Smoked Salmon Bagel with Dijon, Red Onion, & Avocado

Yes, another recipe with smoked salmon because the package from Trader Joe's was enough to make two different recipes! Do you ever wake up on a Sunday morning, wanting a fat, delicious bagel but don't have the energy to leave the house to get one? Well, I got you because I'm going to teach you how to make this Smoked Salmon Bagel with Dijon, Red Onion, & Avocado in less than 10 minutes.
All of these ingredients were from Trader Joe's so the next time you're there grab everything for that lazy Sunday you know you're going to have. All you need is everything bagels, sockeye smoked salmon, avocado, arugula, dijon mustard, and red onion. Let's get to it!

This recipe is dairy free and pescatarian.
Ingredients: (everything is from Trader Joe's)
1 everything bagel
Sockeye smoked salmon
½ avocado
Arugula
Red onion
Dijon mustard
Instructions:
1. Toast your bagel. Slice your red onion into thin strips, you only need 4-6 pieces. Slice ½ avocado into thin strips.
2. Now let's put it all together: spread on ½ TSP - 1 TSP of dijon mustard on one side. Add on the avocado. Then top with a bit of arugula. Place 3-4 pieces of sockeye smoked salmon on top. Finally add the red onion pieces. Add the other bagel piece on top and cut in half. Enjoy!
