Ingredients:
3 TBSPs plain Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
¼ cup of coconut water
1 TBSP pomegranate seeds (frozen or not)
1 TSP chia seeds
1 TSP ground flax
Instructions:
