Vegan Charcuterie Board

As much as I would love to have some meats and cheeses on this board I have to restrict myself for my gut health. And I know that many of you are #glutenfree or #dairyfree or #vegan so this board is perfect for a laid back Sunday or when you’re having people over.

1. The red dip is a @traderjoes red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic.

2. The brown dip is @oatbutterbrand oat butter that is maple walnut cinnamon flavored.

3. The veggies are: carrots and cucumbers.

4. The fruits are: apples, red grapes, cherry tomatoes, and pomegranate seeds.

5. The olives are kalamata from @wegmans olive bar.

6. The crackers are @simplemills everything crackers


The veggies are delicious to dip in the red pepper paste and the fruits pair amazingly with the oat butter. The everything crackers pair very well with the black olives and red pepper paste.

Remember: just because you have food restrictions doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself. This is your chance to get even more creative with what you can make/eat!
